when you update it fear, the person who got suicided first goes on top, so boss a drops loot, and person a gets it, then 3 bosses later boss b drops loot, and person b gets loot, person a will be on top of him
also offspec items don't get suicided
updated - 4/24 - suicided/banned for loot for 24 bosses - names are hidden for a reason. The door is that way if you don't like it.
